Updated the system so that it supports nested folders in the App_Code folder
Updated the Global Error Handling so that when errors within the global.asax handler happen, they are

caught and shown in a page displaying the original HTTP error code

Fixed issue that stopped users from specifying Link URLs that open on a new window

Security Fixes

Fixed issue in the Member Directory module that could show members to non authenticated users
Fixed issue in the Lists module that could potentially be used for script / html injection
Fixed issue in Module's titles that would allow users to enter html or JavaScript code
Fixed issue where some validation was missing when uploading profile pictures

I give 1 star for this release because the 3+ year bug in shared ssl config is still present, I can't believe this feature was released in DNN 4.5 and is still NOT fixed (see http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?ID=17535&PROJID=2). Also the IE9 issue with DotNetNuke.RadEditorProvider (see http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?ID=22047&PROJID=2) is still unresolved.

New version but still without fixing the registration with verification email bug. Will this ever fixed?
